1) Condenser coil will be inspected for heat transfer loss
2) Check resistance heat controls as required
3) Blower wheels and fans will be inspected to assure proper air delivery
4) Refrigerant will be checked for proper charge
5) Exposed ductwork will be checked for leaks and proper insulation
6) Belts and pulleys will be inspected and adjusted as required
7) Thermostats will be checked
8) Check temperature split at unit
9) Check temperature split in house
10) Controls and safeties will be tested as needed
11) Motors and bearings will be lubricated as required
12) Condensate drain will be checked
13) Crankcase heater will be checked for proper operation
14) Relays and contactors will be inspected
15) Unit wiring and electrical disconnect will be inspected
16) Economizer operation will be checked, where applicable
17) Temperatures and pressures will be recorded
18) Evaporator coil will be inspected
19) Condenser coils will be power washed annually, if necessary
20) Visual inspection of heat exchanger
21) Inspect thermocouple
22) Check fan switch operation
23) Visual inspection of pilot and burners
24) Inspect gas line from furnace shut off valve to the burners
25) Inspect combustion air openings
26) Inspect flue pipe
27) Secure all panels
28) Furnish inspection report and advise of any abnormal condition or necessary repair |
