The only requirement to keep this protection in force for life, is to renew your annual maintenance program when due. First year maintenance agreement is included with your installation.
- Follow-Up Guarantee: So many companies forget about you once they have your money, however we wish for your system to operate properly long after we have gone. That is why we guarantee to have one of the following visit you and inspect your installation within 60 days: Owner, Comfort Consultant or Installation Manager. - Service Guarantee: 25 hours a day, 8 days a week we will arrive at your home within 24 hours provided you have a current maintenance agreement.
- Certified Personnel Guarantee: Your installation will be lead by a NATE certified installation technician. Also, all co-workers will be drug-free and background-checked.
- No Subcontractors Guarantee: Whether it’s air conditioning, heating, or ventilation the work is done by our own professionally trained employees so you can feel comfortable about who you’re dealing with.
- Money Back Guarantee: John’s Refrigeration guarantees that during the entire 1st year that you own your new system, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service, or even our people we will remove the system within 30 days of your request and promptly refund the entire amount of your investment (or you may purchase an upgrade to an American Standard/Lennox system plus a 10% handling fee).
