- Condenser coil will be washed once *additional charges may apply
- Check resistance heat controls as required
- Blower wheels and fans will be inspected to assure proper air delivery
- Refrigerant will be checked for proper charge
(up to 2 lbs. per year included)
- Exposed ductwork will be checked for leaks
- Belts and pulleys will be inspected and adjusted as required
- Thermostats will be checked
- Check temperature split at unit
- Check temperature split in house
- Controls and safeties will be tested as needed
- Motors and bearings will be lubricated as required
- Condensate drain will be cleared/checked for proper flow (on cooling check)

- Temperature and pressures will be recorded
- Evaporator coil will be inspected
- Visual inspection of heat exchanger
- Clean thermocouple
- Check fan switch operation
- Visual inspection of pilot and burners
- Inspect gas line from furnace shut off valve to burners
- Inspect combustion air openings
- Inspect flue pipe
- Secure all panels
- Furnish inspection report and advise of any abnormal conditions or necessary repairs
- Relays and contractors will be inspected
- Unit wiring and electrical disconnect will be inspected
