Pros for That is a Phoenix area organization that, much like the Better Business Bureau, screens local prospective members and yet awards membership only to those companies that meet all qualifications:

  1. Must be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau
  2. Must be in good standing with all required licensing agencies
  3. Deliver more than our competitors can and will based on our extensive skill and “whole house” approach to ensuring your indoor comfort and safety.
  4. Must be in business for at least 5 years
  5. Must meet minimum insurance requirements
  6. Must provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee
  7. Must agree, in writing, to abide by the Pros for That Code of Conduct

John’s Refrigeration has qualified on all counts, and now, we’re the only air conditioning and home comfort company in the Phoenix are to be Pros for That Certified.

As part of our membership, we also have agreed to abide by the following Code of Conduct:

  1. Respect Customers. We will be respectful of our customers always and treat them with dignity and common courtesy. We will give our customers the focus they deserve and always be attentive to their specific situation when providing service.
  2. Respect property. We will always use care when working with or around the property of others. Should our service require us to be in your home, we will always leave everything in as good, or better, condition than when we arrived, we will always clean up before we leave. We will never use tobacco while at your home.
  3. Respect the law. We will abide by all city and state laws and ordinances. We will observe all laws governing our individual service disciplines. We will do all within our power to uphold the law and those who are charged with the administration of the law.
  4. Respect Competition. We will treat our competitors with courtesy and respect while striving to be the best in our field.
  5. Respect Yourself (Dignity and Self Worth). We will never lower our standards and values for any reason. Conducting ourselves in an appropriate manner at all times defines who we are.
  6. Exhibit Integrity. We will be honest and forthright in all we do. We will speak out against impropriety and help protect the rights and property of others by standing up for what is right.
