Tyler was very thorough and took the time to perform th a/c service. He then explained what he did and showed me pictures of the components that are needing replacement. He will make sure he is the technician who comes in the fall to do my service and replace the part that is deteriorating.

I have a maint. plan so the check up on my heating system carried no extra charge. Otherwise, labor and parts costs seem to be on the high side.
