Official Rules and Details You Need to Know:
Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. One entry per address. Multiple entries will not increase the odds of winning. Subject to federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Subject to additional restrictions below. The contest is open to Arizona residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, are a homeowner, and live within John’s Refrigeration’s service area (list above). Employees of John’s Refrigeration are not eligible to enter.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received before end of day on Dec. 15, 2019 on Dec. 31, 2019.
Prizes and Odds of Winning: The winning entry will receive a $5,000 credit to use towards a new air conditioning system installation to be completed by John's Refrigeration Heating & Cooling. In the event the winning entry completed a new system installation by John's Refrigeration between Nov. 1 and Dec. 15, 2019 a $5,000 credit will be issued. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Participation: Entries must be received by the end of day on Dec. 15, 2019. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by Sponsor.
Winner Notification and Acceptance: The winning entry will be notified, on or about Dec. 31, 2019 at the telephone number provided in the entry. Failure to reach the winner by phone after three attempts may result in disqualification, forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and selection of a new winner will be made by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The winner agrees to allow an in-home evaluation to be completed before scheduling the installation and the installation must be completed no later than Feb. 15, 2020. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. Winners may be required to complete a publicity release. The winner agrees to allow John’s Refrigeration to publicize his or her name, and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation, or further compensation. The prize, if not claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of John’s Refrigeration.
