Mel Brown & Sergio Figueroa did an excellent job installing my new heat pump. They were very knowledgeable, polite and patient when answering all my questions. They installed my heat pump quickly too, within hours. My old heat pump died and within 24 hours they came and installed a new Trane heat pump. Also, Mike Rowland was quick to come to my house the same day my unit died at 6 p.m. to quote me a price. He was great at answering all my questions and setting up my new system to be installed the very next morning. Mel and Sergio installed my new Trane heat pump with temps of 109 degrees. I am grateful to them for installing my new system so quickly. Don't shop anywhere else, because you get what you pay for. I have used other heating/cooling companies in the past for repairing my system and this company is the best. My brother used them three years ago to install his new heat pump and he raves about John's Refrigeration. He told me he plans on using them when he builds his new custom home. I also love their bright and cheery sun logo.

We had A/C issues from a previous installer and Sawn at Johns was able to make an accurate diagnosis of the problem and was able to replair and replace all the necessary parts in a timely manner.

The main power fan quit just as the evening's tournaments were starting at Desert Sky Games. Tyler was on location within less than an hour and not too long after that he had us back up and running.
