We've been using John's Refrigeration for about 10 years now. We've been using them for repairs and for our annual system checkouts. We recently used them to replace our 15 year old HVAC system. Their estimator came to our home and conducted a complete review of our home, our existing system, and provided a comprehensive review of our system needs. We choose to upgrade to a Trane SEER 17, two-stage system (matched air handler and compressor). Once scheduled, John's Refrigeration called us the morning of the scheduled work to let us know the crew was on the way. Once on site the crew executed the work without a hitch. Prior to departing Mel helped set up our programmable thermostat with my new Nexia account and provided a tutorial. They cleaned up the job site and provided a walk-thru of the work per the work order. They were in and out by mid-day. I would highly recommend John's Refrigeration.

I am a widow now and I appreciate getting honest evaluations as to what is needed for me and my pets to remain comfortable and even more safe. The service person always fully explains the problem and shows me for myself so I don't feel like I am not aware. The service person or persons are pet friendly and this is paramount to me. I believe you can tell a good person by the way they react to animals. Johns service people are always considerate and notice my attention seeking dogs. They are quick and they come on time . I love Johns and the office staff who call and remind me I need my service are very much appreciated. I trust Johns and I love this company.

Great customer service and professionalism by Chris. I was a little surprised when he first arrived to learn that the service I had asked for (21 point check-up) was different than the Annual Program which is significantly more expensive. Chris did a good job of patiently explaining the difference to me so then we agreed for him to continue with the *51* point initial service steps. I believe the phone representative could have done a better job of signing me up for what I really wanted. The rest of the service experience was top-notch.
